    Note: 1. When the standard configuration spindle is a powerful NO.40 spindle, it can be equipped with 10000/12000/15000rpm.

    2. For higher torque output in the low speed range, please select the double winding spindle servo motor.

     

    Machine Characteristics

    1. With the help of finite element analysis technology, the mechanical strength has increased by more than 50%.

    5. The feed axis uses the absolute value servo device, which eliminates the startup and zero return operation, improves the control precision and enhances the servo gain.

    6. High-strength spindle and high-torque drive ensure the stability of machine tool processing.

    7. The tool magazine uses a knife-arm type knot, and the tool exchange is faster.

    8. Direct-coupled high-torque feed shaft drive unit with higher operating efficiency and control accuracy.

    9. Screw pre-tensioning and hot spot compensation, better processing and retention.

    10. Scalability: Optional 4th/5th axis, powerful center water outlet and other devices to expand the application field of machine tools.

    11. Complete automation equipment: It can be combined with HANFENG’s WFR series industrial robots into an automatic machining unit.
